1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most cities across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can track your shipment.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Velnora Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue promptly.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Velnora Fashion ships only within Pakistan.

We may introduce international shipping in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
